"I first met Britteny at work and we became super close, she would always talk about how much she loved working out and how I should join her. I had never worked out a day in my life, and had no idea what to do but it sounded fun so I decided to try it out with her. She taught me how to actually workout and see results. She helped me find new apps to use, how to actually use the machines in the gym, and made it so fun while helping.
